|---|---|---|
| Present Simple | obiceiuri, fapte, orare | I work in a bank. |
| Present Continuous | acum, în perioada aceasta, planuri aranjate | I'm working from home today. |
| Past Simple | acțiune terminată, cu moment spus | I worked late yesterday. |
| Past Continuous | acțiune în desfășurare în trecut | I was working when you called. |
| Present Perfect | experiențe, rezultat acum, „de când” | I've worked here since 2020. |
| will | decizii pe loc, predicții, promisiuni | I'll help you. |
| be going to | planuri și intenții | I'm going to look for a new job. |
| Present Simple (viitor) | orare; după when, if, as soon as | The train leaves at nine. |
Cum alegi
Pune-ți trei întrebări, în ordinea aceasta:
- Când? Prezent, trecut sau viitor?
- Spun un moment precis? Dacă da pentru trecut (yesterday, in 2019, ago), folosești Past Simple, nu Present Perfect.
- Acțiunea e terminată sau în desfășurare? Terminată = formele simple; în desfășurare = formele continue.
I've lost my keys, so I can't get in.
Mi-am pierdut cheile, așa că nu pot intra (rezultatul se vede acum).
I lost my keys on Tuesday.
Mi-am pierdut cheile marți (moment precis).
I was having a shower when the phone rang.
Făceam duș când a sunat telefonul.
Întrebări și negații
Fiecare formă are verbul ei ajutător. Dacă îl alegi corect, restul vine de la sine:
| Forma | Negație | Întrebare |
|---|---|---|
| Present Simple | I don't work | Do you work here? |
| Present Continuous | I'm not working | Are you working? |
| Past Simple | I didn't work | Did you work late? |
| Past Continuous | I wasn't working | Were you working? |
| Present Perfect | I haven't worked | Have you worked there? |
| will | I won't work | Will you work on Friday? |
